What I do
Vision.
Before you commit capital, I pressure-test the idea itself. The location, the concept, the market it will meet on completion. What should be built — and what should never be.
Direction.
Once the vision holds, I assemble and direct the right team — architects, engineers, suppliers, craftsmen — and hold them to a standard most of them have never been held to.
Protection.
I sit on your side of the table. My only interest is that your millions come back as an asset that performs — financially and aesthetically.
Why me
I am a licensed architect who has spent over two decades inside luxury real estate —designing it, sourcing it, and advising the people who finance it.
I founded Prodomus, a global sourcing agency and wholesale partner to the region's best studios and developers, and Prodomus Architects, a design studio whose work you will mostly never see.
That last part is deliberate. Most of my projects are signed under NDA. My clients value privacy the way they value quality: absolutely.
